Orbis starts the year working in parallel on projects in #Spain, #Peru, #Italy and #France, delivering geotechnical, geophysical, hydrological, Pull out Test and topographic studies for photovoltaic plants and BESS energy storage systems.

The context could not be more relevant:

2026 is expected to be the year when renewable energy definitively surpasses coal as the main source of electricity generation, both in Europe and globally.

In addition, –the International Energy Agency (IEA) forecasts 1.5% growth in electricity demand in Europe, with solar PV leading the expansion, contributing more than half of the total increase in renewable capacity.
